They did siding and windows for us a few years ago, shortly after the job was done we discovered a piece of metal trim that got missed. They wouldn't stand behind their work even after admitting the mistake. We ended up paying another company to finish. Fast forward to the present, The springs in one of the windows that hold them open have broken. When contacted we were told they no longer work with the company that those windows came from. Again they won't stand behind their work.
Good company, funny and friendly
Avoid using this company. Included are photos of facia installed by the company. This was installed at the peak and overlapped the piece rising on the other side. A remotely decent installer would know better than to put the screw a full foot from the end. And this person did it on both pieces. The piece of facia fell off my house. When I reached out to Elite they quoted me $400 to fix this absolute incompetent screw up of theirs.
