I just purchased a Hoist HV4 home gym, and a Tuff Stuff adjustable cable crossover machine. I couldn't be more happy with the equipment, the purchase process, and the professionalism of the installation and end service. I will be purchasing more gym equipment from Elite for my home gym again in the near future.
Unbelievable customer service reasonable pricing
This is not a walk in and look at products store. You are greeted at the locked door by a paper that says ring the doorbell or call and we will meet in 5-10 minutes. Rang the door bell and they didn't have the courtesy to see us, only asked us what we wanted and that usually they run by appointments. You should probably say that on your sign visible from the highway or in your Google hours. If you're trying to browse for products or view them and learn like me this is not the place for you.
Purchased this beauty and I love it. Does everything! Elite helped me find what I wanted, delivered and installed it, all at a fair price. They did my rubber flooring as well.
We had a home gym installed during covid. We could not be happier with the equipment and the installation. Cale and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for home gym equipment.
