Terrible customer service. I would have been a first time customer if not for my bad experience. I tried to book an appointment by phone - called 3 times, no answer, no voice-mail, no call back. I went online, the website isn't super straightforward but I did my best and booked something available a couple weeks out, figured when they call back I would clarify. After about 20 minutes my booking was canceled. No one ever got back to me. No one ever called me back. No explanation as to why. Nothing. Weird.
