This is my 2nd time. I had a disappointing experience when Jennifer rescheduled my appointment from Thursday, July 17, at 7:30 PM to the next day at 12:30 PM. Arriving outside at 12:25 PM, I waited for 45 minutes, ringing the doorbell and messaging her, but I received no response or notification. Around 12:45 PM, another person arrived, seemed to get a message, and then left. This is Chasity:) can’t figure out how to log into my Gmail LOL story of my life. Okay so here’s MY story…5 years ago I had a lash tech. She left town never to be seen again lol.
