Niki has been my go-to esthetician for a few years now. While I'll admit, I don't make it to her as often as I'd like, she is truly amazing. She has fabulous attention to detail, doesn't try to upsell, and she treats your skin based on her assessment and it's needs rather than with things you don't need.
