Jordan and his team at Elite Environmental have been absolutely phenomenal to work with. My evil landlord tried to stick me with a huge repair bill for mold. Elite came in quickly and did a free inspection which helped me negotiate to break my lease. Polite and professional and took the time to explain everything.
In the span of 2 months, my washer caused major water damage (plus some mold) TWICE! Once even after major repairs and flooring had just been replaced and we spent 6 weeks in Airbnb’s because of the damage! Could not recommend Jordan and Elite Environmental more. They have been so attentive, quick to answer questions (at all hours) and have been so thorough. They walked us through the next steps and were always eager to answer any questions that we had. I hope we never have to but I would 100% use them again!
