These guys were great. I had to place an emergency call and even as a new customer they were able to get my burner back up and running ASAP. I was impressed with their service and would highly recommend them. They really do care about their customers and put them first.
This company has a hard-working team of people! Despite the huge demand for fuel and repairs during this cold blast, they were able to get me in as a new customer. Elite came through when my present company told me I'd have to wait a week to get oil. Brian even offered to bring 5 gallons of fuel oil if my tank was near empty. That wasn't necessary, however, the offer was gratefully appreciated. Looks like Elite has earned a new customer!!
