She was pretty decent at her job, but sometimes she wouldn't respond to messages asking about more appointments, requiring a follow-up message as a reminder. I'm not sure if she's still in business, but my business with her ended after she completely ghosted me and stopped responding any follow-up messages about future appointments. Nice lady, but I'd recommend elsewhere to save yourself any headache.
Abby is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend her for all your electrolysis needs. She is professional, friendly, and has worked around my schedule.

I honestly cannot even give a single star. But in order to post this review at all, I was forced to click a star. Not a bit worthy of the star!!!! I made numerous attempts, various ways (voice mail, email and iMessage) inquiring and not a single response back. I found another electrolysis business, who not only replied back to me, but did a fabulous job with my first appointment.
