Beware. I have spent tons of time attempting to get things solved with this company. Ashley was helpful at the beginning and has gone straight down hill. I have since cancelled my contract and still have not been able to receive funds that had never been sent to me over the two months of working together. Still have not received any money from this lady.
Ashley Creamer does not have an active real estate license. Please do your due diligence. Ask for her license number and look it up for yourself in the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) website. This is because she has kept deposit money from property owners. I terminated my contract with her in Nov. 2017 and still have not recovered anything as of Feb. 2, 2018. She has also done business under the name MSA property management and CMO asset management.
I had an absolutely horrible experience with MSA property management and they have changed their name to Elite Echo Property Management (I am assuming because of many bad reviews). Ashley still owes me many months of payment that I never received. I moved out of state so it was difficult to keep up with payments and admittedly I did not monitor the situation as I should but the missing payments added up over a full year. Worst experience ever. Our contract with them finished in Nov 2017, but we are still waiting to receive rent from oct & November of 2017. It’s Apr 2018 now. They have disconnected/changed their contact number, and do not respond to emails. We will be pursuing a case in small claims court to recover our money, and are trying to contact the police as well. These folks should be behind bars.
