Our garage door spring broke on us yesterday and I reached out to these guys for a quote and upon arrival they realized it was a particular type that they don't typically stock parts for but happen to have a kit to convert it that same day, now our garage is up and running again. Super happy with the responsiveness of these guys and their techs.

Had a problem with our garage door my husband tried to fix it after I told him "don't touch it". To make a long story short I called Elite Door and Window and talk to Tyler told him we needed help to fix our door tonight. It was about 8:30pm and he sent Josh over to fix it. This guy was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within less than an hour. They're rates were great! Came same day and were quick to replace broken spring. The two guys that came we're awesome and would definitely recommend and use this company again.
10 windows (on 3 floors), front door,storm door,patio screen door 6-6-17 * 9:15-4:30...3 guys. I know windows aren't just slapped in, but oh man...it's a lot of work ! Kudos to the 3 guys, Brent,Nate and John, I enjoyed following you all around and getting pictures of just how much goes into what you do.
Tyler helped us quickly and professionally repair our broken garage door in no time at all. Absolutely no complaints and all thumbs up. My wife and I were so impressed we're getting our doors replaced as well. I highly recommend them.
