as once a 5 star review, I now will again give it a 1 star rating. they use a third party service for medical records. I made this request over a week ago. Today I was called In regards to the medical records and asked if I really wanted them. I, of course said yes. they DID NOT HIPPA verify a thing, they could have been talking to my ex husbands wife or my mother. I felt scammed, paid out of pocket and got asked questions that I answered on both the online registration and the form they made me fill out in the lobby which took up half the appointment. the remainder of the appointment he proceeded to try to up-sell me on other services the places offer (some kind of DNA test to find the best medicine for me and it costs 300$). I called and was set up with a provider that managed medication which I don’t have, she told me she would be able to refer me to a therapist and even stated in my appointment “I’m not sure why you were scheduled with me” she completed my evaluation and let me know someone would be calling me to schedule with a therapist. That was July 28th. I called today after receiving no calls from anyone to schedule. My therapist Kali Dore is exceptional. I have been able to be completely open and honest with her regarding the trauma in my past. She has helped me to look forward, set boundaries, and keep them. I am in a better place due to her help.

If you want providers that do not return emails and are not concerned looking for a peace of mind and your well being then this is the place for you. I went through 2 doctors and neither one provided decent treatment. In addition they will not allow you to switch doctors if you are not a good fit, but I complained and was given a different provider. Hmmm I wonder why.
