Their billing is extremely aggressive. They billed the wrong insurance company even though they had the correct information to bill the right one. Multiple phone calls and the assurance that it had been corrected still did not fix the issue. My insurance contacted them and still it was not fixed. On Christmas day I received a threatening phone call from them saying that they were placing a lien on my house, reporting me to the credit bureau and sending me to collections.
