I was running late (which is on me), they told me if I got there by 11 I'd be ok to do the appointment. I got there at 10:59 and they turned me away. Thats a cool game to play with someone asking for mental help.

What a lack of professional in their customer service. I was trying to get in touch with these people for days due to a cancellation charge that never had to happen because I called to cancel. Whenever I got a hold on them, I was transferred and the calls dropped (convenient right). Nonetheless, they had the guts to send me to collections. Wow… never going back to these people, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

I am so grateful that I found Elite DNA. My provider Casey Ritchie is so wonderful and helpful. She is relatable and makes me feel comfortable to open up. My therapist Natalie has been the best therapist I have ever had, which is saying a lot since I have been through quite a few that didn’t work out. Natalie is personable, kind, and so so helpful.
