They are very friendly and listen to you Casey is very patient with me and considerate, Michael has helped me so much I recommend them for your needs ,they schedule appointments when your available, you can have mornings or afternoons ,they will ask you if that appointment is ok or can I do it in the afternoons ,if you can't attend the appointment for any reason let them know 24 hours in advance ,I recommend this place
Apparently they don’t have a billing department. I’ve called four times and had to hang up as I didn’t have time to sit on hold for 30 minutes. I had a little extra time to hold today so after a half hour I got sent to voicemail. If your insurance doesn’t pay up right away they will send you notice via email on a Thursday that they’re drawing hundreds of dollars out on a Monday . No notice given and no one to talk to about it.

Overall negative experience with EliteDNA. Firstly, I tried teletherapy through them only for the therapist to tell me to look at things from my abuser's perspective. Any sane place would fire that person on the spot. Secondly, I went for psychiatry and medication. Things started well with LISA CLOUTIER until relatively recently where things didn't seem to be noted in my chart and I would constantly have to reiterate each appointment.
