Garbage builds that destroy neighbourhoods.
They delayed our closing by TWO YEARS. Two years of our lives on hold while they pushed the date again and again. Then when it came time to pay the delay compensation we were owed, they hid behind fine print buried in a 300+ page contract to try to get out of it. Do not sign with this builder without a lawyer reviewing every page.
I have bought a house years ago and they have still yet to start the foundation, and refuse to give me my compensation I do no trust or recommend this company!!! BOOO
Read every single page before you sign. The purchase agreement is hundreds of pages long and they rely on clauses buried deep inside it to avoid their obligations. When our closing was delayed, they used that fine print to try to avoid paying the delay compensation we were entitled to. Very disappointing experience.
Our closing was delayed and instead of paying the delayed occupancy compensation owed under the warranty, they pointed to terms hidden in a 300+ page contract to argue their way out of it. Communication was poor the whole way through. Get independent legal advice before signing with this builder.
