Had the work on my Mercedes and was an awful experience. On the first try, car came back with noticeable water marks that were not buffed out. They did do better on 2nd try. During the initial cleaning, the interior door handle was damaged in which they repaired, 3rd or 4th visit, with some kind of paint in which I was told they were replacing. I am beyond disappointed with the detailing service I received. First off, they were extremely late and didn’t even apologize for the delay. Once they started, the quality was just awful. The interior still had visible dirt and stains, and the exterior didn’t even look like it was properly washed—there were water spots everywhere and the wheels were left untouched. Courteous and Professional. I had my engine compartment steam cleaned with excellent results. Ozzie also cleaned the exterior of my SUV with no extra cost. Highly recommended.
Took my 2016 Dodge Ram in to get it detailed. Looks like it did when I bought it off the showroom floor... Awesome job Ozzie
