Nicky is a fanatic business owner + go to hair girl! She is constantly thrown horrible life curve balls but continues to roll with the punches to serve her clients !
***BEWARE*** Nicky cancelled 3 appointments with me over the last year with the same excuse. She was "sick all night with food poisoning." With only 2-3 hours notice. When she closed her studio on Dunlop street, she stole over $10,000 worth of my daughter's photography equipment and had her fiancé post them for sale online. She lied to the police stating that she took it as collateral, yet she has not paid the rent since April! We are now suing Nicky. I would recommend staying far away. I received amazing service and felt so incredibly comfortable at the salon. Booked an appt for my daughter as a 13th birthday gift to get highlights for the first time and a cut. First was that they have moved and neither the old nor new location identifies this change, I had to ask several people because no one was answering the phone when I called multiple times. When we finally got to the new location, again there is zero signage to direct you and I had to disrupt one of the other businesses to ask only to find out that the place was closed and no one was there.
