Currently working with them to finish our pool house and ALQ. We have had a fairly negative experience so far. Unexplained delays, we were ignored for 7 months and lied to that the reason for delays was materials and not internal issues within their company. We get told something will be done by next week, and then no one shows up to continue work for a month. Our pool was demo'd in the summer of 2023 and is still unusable. Do not do business with this company. This start out okay, but our manager Carlos does not pay attention to detail and has poor money management. It was shocking to find out the money we gave was not going towards our project as we were told and we had to work with the pool cover company independently because they refused to work with Carlos anymore because he had not paid them for some work that was already done. They consulted with me on a new ADU and I am thrilled with the progress and where this is going. I shopped around a lot for a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and EDR had the best quality for the best price. I highly suggest working with EDR. They will take great care of you.

Working with EDR was a great backyard hardscape experience! We wanted a backyard that looked and felt like we were on vacation and that is exactly what we got. The work was done on time and well done. No drama !
