Rude dentist staff. The front desk person lies about price. I also think the quote a higher insurance cost then they will offer a cash price.
Today, I was able to visit Elite Dentistry for my consult. Everyone in the office was super welcoming and friendly. Something like this is a big decision and life changing. Dr. Le and staff make it an effort to help ease any concerns and make everyone feel comfortable with the whole process. The plan was built and explained, any questions were answered. If I could give Elite Dental less than one star, I would. They spend all this time calling and confirming appointments to get you in the door, only to be rude from the moment you arrive. I waited nearly an hour just to speak with a doctor, who spent less than 30 seconds with me. Then, after being given a price over the phone, I was quoted nearly double once I arrived. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Elite Dental.
I am so glad I visited Elite Dentistry yesterday! I was a bit nervous at first, but after Doctor Le and the rest of the team explained the procedure and the total costs, I felt completely at ease. I am confident that I want to pursue the dental implant procedure; I just need to get clearance from my ENT doctor regarding my sinus infection first. Highly recommend this clinic!
