Ugh The office itself is impressive, very modern and sterile. The receptionists are rude. After being asked to sign papers I asked for a copy of them and she was put off by this. The massaging chairs are nice but the staff did nothing to help me with my severe dental anxiety. I have spent many hours in dental chairs and these people do not know how to give Novocaine....it was extremely painful. The dentist was heavy handed and I felt the procedures took way too long. Service Dr. Butriy is an excellent dentist help me to get over my dentist anxiety! A lot of work needed to be done and all done totally painless! However, the customer service the girls as receptionist are rude, disrespectful, and argumentive and try to force you to sign papers that you haven't even read. Need to replace customer service with respectful and happier people.
