I’m very disappointed with this group! I’ve asked twice for my recent X-rays to be sent to my medical doctor-not done. I asked twice to make my next prophy appointment-ignored. I’ve had a crown that needs to be done, again my requests have all been ignored. I was a patient with Dr. Cindy Kempton over 10 years and enjoyed her individual attention, prompt replies, and excellent care. I am not going to continue my dental care with this office.
I had a great experience at my first appointment with Elite Dental Group. They made me feel comfortable and at ease.
