This place needs to shut down this place is horrible, long wait, making appointment doesn't matter, staff has the worst attitude ever ,I definitely should have read the reviews to this place, there is nothing Elite about this place, RUN AWAY, GO SOME WHERE ELSE

Disgusting place. They submitted a PA for my moms root canal which they got an approval from to extract but are still charging my mom 1,400 to get it done telling her that the PA got denied. In addition telling her that she if she doesn’t do it before January that it will be 2,000 after. Disgusting scammers taking advantage of vulnerable people.

When I walked in I said hi my son has an appointment. Literally no one responded nor did ask if I needed help. So I said hi my son and I have an appointment for root canal’s. The girl with the glasses real slim pointy nose blondish red hair she sits on the far right. looked at me and rolled her eyes the girl next to her looked at her response and did the same. finally located the worst dental office in Queens NY. if you want to experience extremely rude and irresponsible customer service, try here. when I called and made the appointment, it was clearly confirmed on the phone the service needed and insurance acceptance. "yes sir the insurance is accepted here and service is covered here, but the doctor is only here on Mondays and Tuesdays, the next appoint is Monday 12:30pm". then of course I took a day off from work, went all the way there on time to the appointment, then they tol... read more
