Padded reviews-this place is so bad, that any positive reviews must be from the huge staff that sits up front and does nothing, trying to raise the review level. They are bigoted. They are discriminatory. They had a special needs person wait 1 and a half hours while others waited about 10 minutes. They are evil. They will rip you off. They will tell you lies about being next in line and taking about 6 more people ahead of you, and the lies were obvious and you could poke holes right through them. Dentist was unprofessional. Left my disabled sister traumatized in pain when testing teeth. No flossing, no polishing. A waste of time. DGo somewhere else.
Why don't they pick the phone up!? This has been happening for months and they dnt return calls. I shouldn't have to drive in to speak. This is crazy and it's a dental ER which makes it so much more inconvenient!! If they would pick up I'd give more stars bc they're staff is friendly n the dentist(who was filling in from somewhere else)was great! I need a different antibiotic bc I'm immune to the amoxicillin since I've taking it all but 3times in the last 6wks!
last visit they didnt floss my teeth or use the brush with "paste' just a water pick,, and i was soaked. they do NOT answer the phone you have to drive there in person ,, cant even leave a message
