Elite and the staff work hard and diligently to get my wheels and tires to me and insured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They did an awesome job getting me what I wanted in a timely manner. Very happy with their services and all the staff who helped to get me what I wanted, they strived to make sure I was a 100% satisfied. They also gave me a wonderful wheel and tire package they worked to ensure it was the best price and package for me and they beat all other companies with pricing.
February 17th I ordered a truck cap. A week and a half later I they call and tell me it's in and it will take about 2 hours to install. After sitting there for 2 1/2 hours they finally come out to tell me they ordered the wrong one and that it will take another 1 to 2 weeks to get the right one. About 4 weeks later I finally had to call the see if it was in and it was. This time it was suppose to take 45 minutes to finish installing. Now as I sit here 4 hours in it's still not done. Worst service EVER.
