Completely unable to get in touch with anyone regarding a gift card I was given less than a year ago which I’ve been unable to schedule a service for. Elite Cryo “temporarily closed” with no notice around February or March 2024. I was assured by Suzette via Instagram in April of 2024 that I’d be able to schedule shortly. Since, I’ve followed up several times via several channels (phone out of service, website no longer up, Facebook profile down, no responses on Instagram). Please contact us ASAP to resolve this.
I have tried multiple times to contact this company so I am trying here. I have a gift card I want to use or a refund since I am not able to get services. They have been “temporarily closed” for nearly a year. Please reach out to me to rectify this issue. Thanks.
BEWARE! They charged my wife $6 to make the appointment and then THEY canceled 15 minutes prior to her appointment and refused to refund the $6.
