Everyone working here is so nice; you instantly feel accepted and welcomed. The coaches really supported me as a beginner to Pilates after a couple back surgeries. Highly recommend!

The best lagree studio! I’ve done lifting and traditional pilates and there is nothing like the burn this workout gives you. The low impact, high intensity makes it so much more enjoyable and you feel challenged every class. The front desk and instructors are all friendly and personable!
Elite Core has Made a huge impact on my overall body health. Not only are the instructors amazing and knowledgeable, but I appreciate that they take the time to correct my form during class! Highly recommend trying it out if you haven’t!B
