I’ve been a member of elite core for the past 4 months, I look forward to coming here every week. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming whether it’s the instructors or the front desk ladies. When I moved to the area I did try out other studios before committing to elite and I will say I did not feel as welcomed as I do here. I love how diverse and challenging the workouts can be and I love the focus on form over reps. I’m in the best shape of my life because of the elite family.
Everyone here is incredible! If you have questions, ask the instructors! They really care and take the time to make sure you're making the right connections.
I’ve been a member of Elite Core Studios for three years now, and going to classes are hands-down the best parts of my week. Rachel and Bri and the rest of the Elite Core team are such warm, welcoming folks who make this fitness studio so special. Classes are always challenging and I leave feeling rewarded. If you're looking for a lagree studio in the triangle definitely check them out!
Moved to NC & found this as my new favorite gym! Everyone is so kind & knows you on a first name basis.
Everyone working here is so nice; you instantly feel accepted and welcomed. The coaches really supported me as a beginner to Pilates after a couple back surgeries. Highly recommend!
