Such a welcoming team. They put forth the effort to connect with each member and make sure you have a personal experience, correcting your form when needed so you make the most of the workout, and listen to your concerns.
I can't recommend this studio enough. They are the most welcoming and kind group of individuals. They will make you feel incredible about yourself and push you to be the best version of yourself at the same time. You can't go wrong with any instructor that you take. I will miss this place so much when we move <3
A year later as a member and they are all still awesome! I get excited that I get to come here all the time and then I question myself during class on why I did, then I’m glad at the end of class that I did!🤣. Great workout and great team!
The nicest people ever are going to kick your butt! I was visiting the area and booked the (very reasonable) guest pack and had the best time. Rachel, the studio owner, was amazing, incredibly knowledgable and personable. She greeted me before my first session to give me the lay of the land, find out what help I needed and then proceeded to teach a class that had me wondering if I'd walk the next day - in the best way.
