I absolutely love this place and the team here! I was nervous on day 1 since I didn't do any reformer exercises before, but the staff made sure I was comfortable and they corrected my wrong postures. They are super friendly and patient instructors, kind to you on days you are just trying to show up. Best part, my body loves the exercises too! (PS: I hope 7am Monday class is back soon haha) If you are new just try it! Rachel, Travis, Bri, Amarachi are amazing.

One of the best fitness studios I’ve ever been to. I had anxiety going back into working out after some health issues and they made sure I always felt comfortable. The community they foster is a gem and you often see people chatting after class. A warm welcome in the hustle and bustle of daily life. Their seasonal events that they throw were such a treat. I had done Pilates previously but had never tried or even heard of Lagree Pilates. I love that it really builds muscle unlike traditional Pilates. All of the instructors at Elite Core Studios are extremely knowledgeable and I've never had a bad workout. I highly recommend this studio to anyone wanting to give Pilates a try!

I started at Elite Core last year (2025) right as I discovered I was pregnant. I was unsure what, if anything, I would be able to participate in at EC given my pregnancy - but was met with not only a welcoming atmosphere, but support and knowledgeable guidance about my activity level and how to progress workout modifications throughout trimesters. I am now postpartum two months and am being met with the same upbeat, personalized training in a clean facility with awesome staff. 5 stars for Elite Core!
