A year later as a member and they are all still awesome! I get excited that I get to come here all the time and then I question myself during class on why I did, then I’m glad at the end of class that I did!🤣. Great workout and great team!

The nicest people ever are going to kick your butt! I was visiting the area and booked the (very reasonable) guest pack and had the best time. Rachel, the studio owner, was amazing, incredibly knowledgable and personable. She greeted me before my first session to give me the lay of the land, find out what help I needed and then proceeded to teach a class that had me wondering if I'd walk the next day - in the best way. I’ve been practicing Lagree Pilates for almost two years now, and Elite core studio has truly been an incredible part of my journey. Elite Core is so much more than just a lagree studio, this place is a true community! I have been a member for nearly a year and I am forever grateful to have found this place and people. I’ve been a member of elite core for the past 4 months, I look forward to coming here every week. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming whether it’s the instructors or the front desk ladies. When I moved to the area I did try out other studios before committing to elite and I will say I did not feel as welcomed as I do here. I love how diverse and challenging the workouts can be and I love the focus on form over reps. I’m in the best shape of my life because of the elite family.
