I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Reinaldo. After our initial phone call on March 30, it took until April 7 to receive a proposal, which I signed and returned on April 9. Following this, it was difficult to get a response to schedule the work. Excellent contractor with a reliable and skilled team. They managed our home improvement project smoothly and kept us informed throughout the process. The workers were polite and very attentive to detail. The finished work looks fantastic and the overall experience was very positive.
