Elite did a great job replacing my roof and siding that was damaged by a hail storm. Rick was great to work with. He walked me through the process, met with the insurance adjuster and even helped me decide on the roof color. He answered my questions and was very helpful. The crew worked very quickly and cleaned up all the debris. The whole house was done faster than I expected and I am very happy with the results.

I would not recommend this roofing company due to serious issues with honesty and workmanship. They invoiced both homeowners and insurance companies for work that was never completed. Also called Fraud. Despite the insurance paying for a full removal and redecking of the roof, the company only removed about a quarter of the old decking. Elite was great start to finish. I received a fair quote quickly and quality work was done!
After a hailstorm, many Decatur homes had damaged roofs and gutters. Paul from Elite was inspecting homes in our neighborhood with a drone and found extensive damage to our roof and copper gutters. He worked tirelessly with the insurance company to make sure that we received a satisfactory settlement for the damage.
