Friendly, fast, excellent communication.
Dealing with contractors has to be the most miserable experience about any home renovations. Jace and the crew broke that trend. Communication was great, they showed up when they said they would, left when they said they would, and did the work they said they would. A steady leak surfaced in my laundry room unexpectedly. With it being a Sunday morning it was difficult to get a response from various businesses. Jase returned my call within a half hour. Stated he would close up shop and head over to assist. He located the issue immediately and preceded to fix it. He did all this out of kindness, at no charge. I will be utilizing Elite for any future needs around my home.
Jase and his team are super amazing. Everyone was so nice and professional. They did an amazing job on my.bathroom and I absolutely love it! Thank you guys so much
10/10 recommend! The team arrived when they said they would, the work is phenomenal and even better than anticipated. The guys were respectful and willing to explain when questions were asked. They were tidy and cleaned up when done. Highly recommend Elite for all your contracting needs. Will use the team in the future.
