Elite used to be great, but now it got to the point that they do not answer phone calls and do not get back to you (only emails). I do not know why the miss communication nor sending the payments on time and is been causing me late fees, they don't even follow the contract stipulation. Seth used to be on top of things and now it is a shame that the company went down this way. If, you can find a different company as an Escrow DO IT.! Do not hesitate. Elite Contract Service LLC is not a company that you want to get involved with in any way shape or form. The company does not follow the contract wording or know what the contact says. By them not following the contract it almost caused a 4 way law suit and it cost myself may hours of grief trying to resolve their mess. They don't return phone calls, very slow to answer txt and emails. Their fees are very high for the night mare that they caused. Don't use them!
