Absolute nightmare - bounced emails, phone is a blackhole, exorbitant fees. Run away if you can. Totally unwilling to take ownership or make things right. They’ll publish some nice apology under this but don’t believe them. Most of the reviews on here are not from people with mortgages through Elite. Let’s all report them to BBB, unite against this corrupt company
