We had a water pipe leak from the upstairs master bath, through the living room ceiling and on through to the basement- ruined carpets, flooring, ceiling, furniture, etc, at the end of a warm July. Service Master came that day and did a superb job of water mitigation. Next steps- all new to us and we had no idea where to begin. If I could give zero stars I would. We lost our entire home family home and everything in it to a tragic fire back in March 2020. Elite came and rebuilt our home, starting with a new foundation. Literally, the whole building was brand new. They promise so much. I literally trusted elite construction to rebuild our home to be just as good, if not better than our old house.
