Our 40 X 20 foot concrete patio was sinking and we had to make a decision that wasn't so easy until I hooked up with Jeff at Elite Concrete Raising and once I heard what he had to say I have to tell you I was confident in having them take care of our problem. Elite just completed a job at our home they fixed several problem areas on our driveway and sidewalk. Highly recommend Jeff and his crew.
They were prompt, quick and did not deviate from their quote. Overall, we were pleased with their work.
I've used Elite at least twice on two separate jobs. The last one was a 3 car garage in an area known for soft/moist soil and the garage floor was severely sunken. Still Elite was able to raise it and save me THOUSANDS of dollars over removing the old concrete floors and pouring new concrete. I called them in the nick of time - any longer and the voids would have been too much to fill. Very thankful!
Wow! It's rare to see a company go above and beyond in this day and age but they really exceeded my expectations. I had to fix my sunken front steps for a home inspection and Jeff took ownership of the job himself. He was able to make a spur of the moment estimate the same day I called and was able to schedule the work within a week. I know that in this line of work that doesn't really happen...ever.
