I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this business. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the door by Heather who is my account manager. She went above and beyond to secure the medical device and made sure that I was properly fitted and instructed me on how to operate the device. Service did not end when I walked out of the door as I was let to know that I could call if I had any questions or issues. Talked to Quinn inquiring about the process it takes to getting a lymphedema pump, she was very thorough and great help in getting this process started.
Didn’t know there was a place here in town that serviced people with lymphedema, until I came across Elite. Glad to have found it and found great help there. Quinn made sure to keep me updated during this process and even with insurance difficulties we worked through it all. Thank you Elite for all your help!

Heather Best was wonderful to work with. She called me every week to keep me informed on my insurance. It took a while for my insurance to pay but the end results were amazing!!
