Horrible management company. Hoa raised our monthly fee without letting us know and they proceeded to tell us the email they had on file for us was from the family who lived in our house over 5 years ago. I had emailed with them previously so our information was definitely given to them and not transferred over on their end. Jessica Kaller made sure to blame me for that and she acted completed unprofessional and condescending during our conversations. I do a lot of painting for Elite management, they sure stay on top of keeping the communities looking very well maintained. I used to live in one of the communities managed by Elite management, my brother still does. Property managers stay on top of the communities, if they see something wrong, they jump on it right away! I work with half a dozen management companies and Elite Management by far is top of the top in quality. They have always been highly responsive to any items we report needing attention . Its rare to have any issue (lights out, tree limb down , gates etc...) not be immediately addressed within same day . They are above and beyond in processing speed for payments faster then any company I've worked with since 2007 . I've had a terrible experience with living in an HOA before but Kimmie at Elite has been very helpful with my many questions and has responded to all my calls in a timely manner
Amanda is fabulous!! She is always prepared for our HOA meetings and guides the board of directors with patience and knowledge. She is interested in our well being. An excellent manager!!
