Hunter and Zach have both been great. Office interaction on the phone has been good too. One furnace PM visit, one AC PM visit, both times caught legitimate issues on a two year old house that hadn’t been caught before. Fixed them in the same visit, and saved us a ton of headaches down the road. Definitely recommend, and will keep using them in the future!

Over the weekend we found our water heater wouldn’t work. A good friend suggested I contact Elite Comfort Systems. Hunter Kolbet was the technician who came to my home. He was vey courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem and did what was needed to get things working. As he was checking for any gas leaks, his work checked out great. He then took a minute to check my furnace and found a small leak which he also fixed. Great to have someone in my home that I felt we could trust.
Hunter was on time and ready to get the ac unit going. He explained what he was going to do. He notified me of what needed fixed. He made sure I understood the charges. Great service.
The technician was thorough and friendly. He explained all of the process and answered all my questions.
