These guys are polite, professional, and skilled at what they do. We are pleased with the work they did in moving our thermostat down our hallway closer to the air return. I would highly recommend their services. Update 08/27/2025: the AC pump lost power, and Elite came right over, diagnosed the problem, tested the theory, and fixed the AC. These guys are the best.
Hunter was absolutely awesome. Very quick, yet thorough and seemed to really know his stuff. Replaced a part on the furnace and did a courtesy check on my gas fireplace. Service did seem a little pricey, but I’m cheap, so it was probably actually reasonable. I’d recommend Elite as a professional and very responsive company.
Our AC stopped blowing cold air. I called Elite Comfort Systems and was pleased that I was able to immediately speak to kind people right off and was able to schedule a tech to check it out the next day. Hunter was very punctual, professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Our AC is now working great. We will continue to use Elite Comfort Systems in the future.
Great customer service. The tech was there on time. He was honest and very knowledgeable.
Grateful for a quick response time and the way we were helped so quickly. Mark came and helped us figure out what was going on with our air conditioning. He was kind and patient to explain things to me but also was fun and kind to our kids too. We’d highly recommend working with these guys, especially Mark!
