Terrible customer service. I called and tried to explain a problem I was having with one of my air ducts, and they hung up on me mid sentence.
Constantin of Elite Comfort Solutions installed a four-zone Fujitsu mini-split at my home, working by himself, in two 12-hour days. I wish all contractors were like him. He was on time, delivered as promised, communicated meaningfully, clearly, and promptly. His written estimate was detailed and complete and literate, as were all his communications.
