Responded right away with no heat . Rich the owner came to diagnose the problem right away he sent his team with Brandon who was in charge, Brandon & his team were very respectful and worked very clean also the parts & labor were in our budget. If you call them , ask for Brandon & his team !!!
Great service. I have used Elite on a few occasions. They are always quick to respond. I called this morning at 8 am and Rich was here by 1030 am and fixed my boiler issue. Thank you for the great service.
Elite group, especially Rich were super knowledgeable and helped to repair my ground source heat pump quickly and correctly. They were very responsive and the whole experience was a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!
Anybody who plans on dealing with this company needs to get their head checked. They seem impressive, competent & high quality initially and then disappear altogether leaving you stranded & wishing they hadn't picked up your phone call from the start. Our work was left incomplete and I had to hire another company to finish what was started after over 60 days of radio silence and no call back.
