Wasted my time, waiting for a tow truck service, claimed they would contact me when they head to me. Then I find out someone “called on my behalf” claiming I didn’t need the service but the driver is nearby. I wait another 45 minutes to find out the same bs excuse. Instead of being able to run errands and enjoy my day, these bozo’s waste my time.
The crew did an awesome job on my MDX. Excellent customer service and great communication. Will definitely recommend.
