A star is being nice because giving the owner the benefit of the doubt of not knowing how his customer service reps are handling issues. I Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who values their time, vehicle, or basic respect. I had to watch my best friend deal with a complete mess trying to get his car towed. Not only did this company ignore clear instructions about what kind of tow was needed, they kept showing up with the wrong equipment—multiple times, over several days. I highly recommend this repair shop! First of all the customer service from Shannon and Mike is Top Notch A1. Not only did they work with my insurance company and the car rental they had put me at ease. Next my vehicle was done before expected and looked like a brand new vehicle when I picked it up! The vehicle looked like I first brought it from the car dealership, No bs!! I am so happy! Exccited to do business with Mike and Shannon highly recommend this repar shop!!!
