TLDR: Choose these guys. They're amazing. I went to their shop on behalf of the company I work for. I was unaware that Elite hadn't been notified that we were coming. We did not have an appointment on schedule with them, they weren't notified that we were going to be ordering parts and having them do the repairs for us. I’ve taken my 2025 Volkswagen Taos to Elite Collision Center twice—once after hitting a dog, and again after my vehicle was vandalized and keyed from the front fender to the rear. Amazing job repairing my truck. They finished the job earlier than expected and it looks like new.
Brought my 4Runner in after being rear-ended. Before I get into the negatives, I want to highlight the staff’s willingness to make things right, especially Kari, who was great. After repairs were completed, there were several issues. First, the damaged strut listed on the quote was not replaced. They found a spare in the shop and installed it the same day.
