Brought my 4Runner in after being rear-ended. Before I get into the negatives, I want to highlight the staff’s willingness to make things right, especially Kari, who was great. After repairs were completed, there were several issues. First, the damaged strut listed on the quote was not replaced. They found a spare in the shop and installed it the same day. The experience I had with Elite Collision Center (ECC) was very satisfying. From the very start when I brought my car in, Kari quickly did the assessment on the damages and soon thereafter, a date for the repair services was set. During the repair services, there was a slight problem with the rental of my vehicle from Enterprise, however, after consulting with Tom of ECC, he quickly resolved the problem. Took my 2023 Subaru Forester Sport to Elite on 1/2/25 for inspection after I was broadsided. Kari thoroughly checked my car and told me everything that was needed and why. The parts came in on 1/27, I dropped it off and expected repairs to take 2 weeks.Got a call from Kari on 2/4 saying my car was done already!
