On a tour and needed my bus washed terribly. Also, as my fellow drivers know, getting fresh water in the Northern part of the country during winter can be a chore. Thankfully, ECT is a short drive from downtown Pittsburgh, and they're always willing to help. And they're the nicest people! Helpful and very good at what they do. I've never used them for transportation, but if they handle that side of the business the way they handle strangers who just need help, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any need.
We use them regularly for airport transfers as we only have 1 car and my husband travels a lot. Top notch drivers, excellent service and pricing. I was traveling during this last crazy snowfall and was safely driven home from the airport by Jarvis (but every driver we've had is great!). Highly recommend.
