I'm highly upset 😡 with the service I received from Elite Cleaners in Greenville Mississippi! 😒 First of all I've been giving them my business for years every since I moved back home. I've seen their staff & at that time they were very nice, & courteous to their customers. Over the years they have a totally new crew working. I've noticed that some of them really don't have Customer service etiquette! I've noticed that they don't even want to speak to you. I find myself speaking to them first. My experience with Elite Cleaners in Greenville, Mississippi was horrible. On June 30, 2023 (Friday) I picked up my clothes at this cleaners and discovered they destroyed the pleats to a simple pleated skirt. All my clothes were just as wrinkle as they were before I took the clothes to this cleaners. They also did a very sloppy job with putting the clothes on the hangers.
