Extremely unprofessional…. I would never use this service again. They said they would be open at noon Thursday for us to pickup our dry cleaning (which was dropped off on Monday morning) and no sign of anyone here. Hours say they are open from 7:30am to 6:30pm…. We need to get on the road to catch a flight and they have put us extremely behind schedule now. Waiting over an hour outside their shop with no answer on the phone or message on the door when they will be back…… terrible business!
July 13, 2026: sad to say I need to update Review. In the last month, the service has gone down considerably. They lost one of my shirts and now they seem to keep very irregular hours. Today was the third day I went to pick up my dry cleaning and they were closed in the middle of the day. ☹️ Looking for a new cleaner again. Sept 2025 - They do amazing work. Very reasonably priced. They refused to answer the phone call and take my coat for two weeks! Bad attitude
If I could give zero stars I would. Lost my husbands new suit jacket for ours sons wedding. Didn't realize until we got to venue. The gave us someone else suit jacket. Have given us the run around for any type of resolution. Front desk lady does nothing but circle talk when she responds. Do not recommend them.
They do amazing work. Very reasonably priced. Best dry cleaner we've had. And we’ve been using them for the last year, dry cleaning hundreds of items each month and our clothing is returned smelling fresh and looking great.
