I was extremely disappointed with the service. The items had to be taken to another dry cleaner for proper ironing and starching, so I could not wear my outfit to an upscale concert as planned. This was especially frustrating given the occasion. I expected a much higher standard of quality and professionalism. 😡😡😡

My mom and sister took their dresses here to get it tailored for my wedding happening THIS SATURDAY and the business is closed! My sister who is also my bridesmaid is now scrambling to find a new bridesmaids dress and get it altered in these 3 days! Contacted property manager to hopefully open the door so we can at least have the dresses back but no update. Elite cleaners, if you see this PLEASE CALL US AT LEAST!

I used to be a big fan of Elite Cleaners until about two weeks ago. Randomly, the business has been closed during business hours and their voicemail inbox is full. I contacted property management and both phone numbers they gave me are out of service. They still have my clothes so hopefully the business re-opens asap.

Something has changed with this place. They are never open during business hours anymore. They have a shirt of mine and i cant pick it up because every time I go there they closed. Im thinking they must be on the verge of going out of business. Sad. They used to do good work.

Extremely unprofessional…. I would never use this service again. They said they would be open at noon Thursday for us to pickup our dry cleaning (which was dropped off on Monday morning) and no sign of anyone here. Hours say they are open from 7:30am to 6:30pm…. We need to get on the road to catch a flight and they have put us extremely behind schedule now. Waiting over an hour outside their shop with no answer on the phone or message on the door when they will be back…… terrible business!
