When the storms hit in early April our sump pump failed and we were left with a total mess in our basement! I called Elite at 4 AM and they were here in just over an hour. Drew was our project manager and did an exceptional job getting us back to normal. The crew that came in were just amazing! Thank you Drew, and Elite Restoration! We will highly recommend you to all our friends!
My house was backing up water everywhere…my insurance found contractors who could come the next day to assess the damage. Category 3 . We had to be temporarily rehoused. Drew was wonderful. He walked me through all the hiding places of water and explained everything. I highly recommend him and his crew!! They are hard at work, keep you updated daily, and are quick to answer any question or concern. #1 in my book!!
This team was one of the most professional that I have ever seen in my life.
From start to finish, they did a complete tear down & rebuild of our water damaged home. One day to tear down, four days to restore. Record times!!!
