We did not get the VIP ride feel at all. Driver made awkward conversation while we waited in his car at the event. We got a text half way through event that there was an issue with his AC so he would send his cousin in a Highlander (which is not the car type I booked) and pickup became increasingly complicated. We refused the ride home and set up alternative means of transportation at the fight which was very inconvenient. This is not the level of service we are used to and will not use this company again.
Ashraf was kind enough to spend an entire day with my clients and I recently. We went from Dunedin to Sarasota and back to Clearwater and Tampa. Ashraf arrived early and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the very long day! I will absolutely be reaching out to him again for any transportation needs and highly recommend him!
