They did an amazing job. They came out the same day I called them. We had just moved into a rental and it was thrashed the carpets “ had been cleaned” by another company here in town according to the landlord before we moved into but they were gross. We called elite and explained the situation. They told me they had an opening on Thursday of that week but I explained to the girl in the phone that I really wanted the carpets cleaned that day before we moved into our furniture. These guys are amazing. We are renters, and our A/C unit & waster connections were leaking into the bedrooms wall/floor. Causing our tile to lift, and water to seep through the floor. Landlord contact this company, and Michael and his son were so responsive and quick to get to the root of the problem. A couple days later, the rooms including walls are completely dry like nothing happened. Would recommend to anyone needing this specific work! You won’t be disappointed.
