Miguel was the person who was in touch with me from start to the end and also the one who came for the actual cleaning of our carpet. We had a big stain of wet dirt that was drying over the last few days and so wanted to urgently get it cleaned from the carpet. Miguel was prompt in his messages and we were able to get him to help us out on the very next day at 7.30am PT !
