Elite Care, under the leadership of Barbara Miller, enabled my Mom and Dad to live out their final two years at home. I live in Richmond, and my brother lives in North Carolina, so we had to have someone dependable and responsible coordinate their care. I could call Barbara anytime and she would always get back with me. She and her CNAs were caring and good. They took excellent care of both my Mom and Dad. I don't know what I would have done without them!
Not a good place to work or care for a loved one no good !!!
If I could post a negative number I would! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! This place should be SHUT DOWN! One day "they" will get audited by the right people and shut down! I also believe in KARMA! Dont get me wrong, there are a SELECT few caring individuals there (I would like to believe that), but dont let your guard down and use cameras in your homes people!! They will STEAL medication from your dying Grandmother! One day....one day they will get busted!
I think the staff is very sensitive and caring for their client's needs. Barbara and the other staff members are exceptional in finding compatible CNA's for my mother.
