10/10 experience today at first med. If you’re a veteran I highly recommend you request this facility. All the staff were professional and polite. My PA Travis made me feel comfortable to speak about my current concerns. He showed his knowledge and understanding of all the things we discussed. Phenomenal clinic. Amazing staff. My whole family goes to this office. It gets 4 stars, because I like to speak with people and I have literally never gotten through to someone on the phone. I am very busy and need to take care of things during my time slots. They do call you back eventually, but I usually have to drop other things in order to take the calls…or start the phones game. This medical practice is good to go. They have hired some front desk people that are doing a very good job at communication for front desk stuff. Travis Ross is my guy amd he was very good at communication and addressing all of my concerns during my complicated and multifaceted intake appointment. My complicated medical concerns are being addressed systematically. Im likely to stay with this practice as my pcm for the foreseeable future.
Website and Google advertises here as family friendly urgent care but they are not. Parking lot is also very small and hard to maneuver in and out of with busy traffic. Would not recommend when there are other great options nearby
Dr Ross is a wonderful and caring doctor. One of the best in this area. God bless you doctor. 🙏
