This medical practice is good to go. They have hired some front desk people that are doing a very good job at communication for front desk stuff. Travis Ross is my guy amd he was very good at communication and addressing all of my concerns during my complicated and multifaceted intake appointment. My complicated medical concerns are being addressed systematically. Im likely to stay with this practice as my pcm for the foreseeable future.
Website and Google advertises here as family friendly urgent care but they are not. Parking lot is also very small and hard to maneuver in and out of with busy traffic. Would not recommend when there are other great options nearby
Dr Ross is a wonderful and caring doctor. One of the best in this area. God bless you doctor. 🙏
Travis is amazing is still five stars but since the takeover with first health the phone lines are horrible transfers from the nurse to the front desk getting dropped the front desk not getting calls The only issue everything else is amazing and the portal is great
My husband had an appointment with Dr Hackbarth. Something got mixed up and we were assigned to Travis Ross, PA. The “fix” couldn’t have been smoother. He was gracious and quick. He saw Dr Hackbarth who was friendly thorough and easy to talk to. Love the spit shine clean office, the front staff (Jennifer) and the person working in the lab (I forgot her name).
