Travis is amazing is still five stars but since the takeover with first health the phone lines are horrible transfers from the nurse to the front desk getting dropped the front desk not getting calls The only issue everything else is amazing and the portal is great
My husband had an appointment with Dr Hackbarth. Something got mixed up and we were assigned to Travis Ross, PA. The “fix” couldn’t have been smoother. He was gracious and quick. He saw Dr Hackbarth who was friendly thorough and easy to talk to. Love the spit shine clean office, the front staff (Jennifer) and the person working in the lab (I forgot her name). My only complaint is their phone system. NO ONE answers when you call. If you press the right button (I can’t remember which one worked) eventually you can leave a mess... read more
Dr Ross is amazing. He is kind, listens to his patients, and is overall just a great person. Highly recommend.
