Even though you're a patient here, and its 8 am. They don't want to see you or help you when you walk in. She didn't even ask what was wrong and i have a doctor here, her answer was No
I’m very disappointed. I’ve been going to this clinic for well over 10 years and always had great experiences in the past. I really like PA Ross. Now I can’t get anyone to answer a phone or return a voicemail. I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks and have left at least 5 voicemails, but no answer and no response. It’s very unprofessional. Your patients deserve better service than this.
10/10 experience today at first med. If you’re a veteran I highly recommend you request this facility. All the staff were professional and polite. My PA Travis made me feel comfortable to speak about my current concerns. He showed his knowledge and understanding of all the things we discussed. I got the referrals and medications for said concerns. He explained in depth about my concerns and what I can do to improve my current situation.
