I recently just switched agencies & got recommended this one. I spoke with the staff & they provided my aunt an amazing aide. The aide goes above & beyond. Whenever something arises, the agency doesn’t hesitate to let me know.
Company's aide no call no show. Called their office spoke with Stephanie supposedly nurse administrator to inform. Never called back. It should not be a star but an axe. Awful company no work ethics
Thanking you so much for providing the care and professional service for my mother. With Elite Care they are prompt and reliable. They take care of all my mother needs. My mother is bedridden and she is unable to do for herself so the caregivers will make sure that my mother the (patient) is comfortable at all times while care is being given. That’s why as my mother’s representative I have nothing to worry about when Elite care home health agency is on the job. Thank you Elite Care.
It used to be very effective, but not now. Home attendant don’t show off to work and staff responsible don’t inform you. On weekends, no one answers the phone. Very difficult to communicate.
