i called to get my dryer vents cleaned and elias showed up at my house really fast. he noticed the air ducts were disconnected, so he went into the crawlspace and fixed them before starting the cleaning. the whole vent system was cleaned quickly and he even took care of all the extra lint. everything was left neat and tidy. highly recommend elite care air duct care if you need your air ducts or dryer vents cleaned!
The technicians, Elias and Raymond, were very professional and showed great respect for our home during the air duct cleaning service. They carefully placed cloths down to protect our floors, wore shoe covers, and used masks throughout the process.
