Great service from Elite Care Air Duct Care. They arrived right on time and did a very thorough air duct cleaning job. Our ducts were extremely dirty, and Raymond was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. The whole process was smooth, and the airflow in the house felt much better after the cleaning. You may be surprised by how much dust and buildup can collect inside the ductwork, so I highly recommend having your air ducts cleaned.
Very professional and helpful. We had a dryer vent concern and wanted it checked, and even though the issue was outside the scope of the visit, Raymond still came out, inspected everything carefully, and explained what seemed to be causing the problem. He was thorough, clear, and generous with his time. We also got helpful information about airflow, venting, and what to watch for with future air duct cleaning and dryer vent maintenance. Elias was very thorough, detailed, and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and explained the ductwork cleaning before and after with photos.
