Everyone at Elite Care 24 Hour ER is professional and polite. The moment my wife and I walked in, we were treated so kind. The facility and available services are great. Thank you Gloria Greene for introducing us to the League City location!

Excellent ER, a doctor sees you within 5 minutes of arrival:). No more waiting 3 hours or more in ER's!! Doctors can set bones, & set appointments for follow-up! Beautiful facility & great staff & superior service.

The staff, nurses, and doctor that treated me were all so nice to me in helping me get better! The facility was extremely clean and well kept, and I was treated with complete respect and upmost importance. I absolutely loved going here when I had an awful stomach bug! In and out after giving me exactly what I needed, and even prescribed me medication to take in the days after just to be super safe! I will definitely be going back here for every emergency in my future!

It's a nice ER facility, and offers prompt care. I needed 3 sutures on my index finger. I received very good without complications. When I received the bill, I was charged $3,000. Yes, it was $1,000 per suture.

The only difference between this place an a hospital ER is time. Why wait when you can be seen right away.
We have been to Elite Care twice this week already. My son was in a car accident on Monday night. Mostly ok but has a concussion. All the staff was great!! Nurse Tina shared her snacks with a hungry momma bear. Brad got all the triage done fast! Alesia and Ruby got him to x/ray & CT quickly and Dr. Vincent was so compassionate. He suggested a return visit today for IMPACT testing (concussion assessment) and Jamie helped us get all checked in and set up for that!
